Step 1: Share Your Pet's Photo
To get started, please share the photo you'd like me to use for your pet's portrait. For the best results, choose a clear, well-lit photo that captures your pet's personality.
Option 1: Upload with Your Deposit (Recommended)
For the quickest and most efficient way to secure your commission and send your photo, simply click the 'Secure Your Commission' button below. You'll have the option to upload your photo(s) directly during the deposit payment process. If you prefer to get in touch regarding a commission, please email me: annettecherubin@gmail.com
Once your deposit and photo are received, I will review your submission within 48 hours. I will confirm your order and provide feedback on your photo's suitability for a beautiful portrait. If you're unsure which photo would be best, you can upload a few options, and I will be happy to advise you.
Option 2: Email Your Photo (for Photo Review)
If you'd like me to review your photo(s) before securing your commission, you can email them to me.
Please note that commission slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so choosing Option 1 is the fastest way to reserve your place. After receiving your email, I will get back to you within 48 hours, with my feedback. If you then decide to proceed, you can return to this page to pay your deposit and officially start the commission process.
Step 2: Choose Your Canvas Size (and any special requests)
To give you an idea of pricing, here are my most popular canvas sizes for pet portraits.
Please note that these are starting prices for a single pet with a simple background (portrait only). Full body paintings, multiple subjects, and more detailed backgrounds will incur additional costs, which will be discussed with you after I review your photo and specific requests.

Step 3: Secure Your Commission with a £75 Deposit & Share Your Preferences
Once you've chosen your photo, you can secure your commission and reserve a time slot with a non-refundable £75 deposit. The form below allows you to upload your photo(s), indicate your preferred canvas size, and share any initial special requests with me. You can then provide your payment and delivery details on the following check out page.

Step 4: Creating Your Masterpiece
Now it's time for me to bring your pet's photo to life on canvas. The creation process typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on size and complexity. I will keep you updated on the progress of your painting.
Step 5: Review and Final Payment
Once your portrait is complete, I will send you a digital image for your approval. This is your opportunity to provide any final feedback. Upon your satisfaction, the remaining balance, which will be based on the chosen canvas size and any agreed-upon extras, will be due, I will email you an invoice for the remaining payment once you are 100% satisfied with your portrait.
Step 6: Delivery of Your Treasured Artwork
After the final payment is received, your beautiful, original pet portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address, either locally or internationally.
